Do you treat patients of all ages?
Yes, we see patients as young as 7 years old. It is actually recommended that parents schedule their child’s first orthodontist appointment at this time because of the changes that are occurring inside their mouth. Can my misaligned bite cause problems with sleep?
Yes, a misaligned bite can pose a problem with your sleep patterns. Being able to breathe freely is important, but if your bite is causing a shift inside your mouth as it pertains to your soft oral tissues, it may cause a blockage, making it difficult for air to flow freely. You can apply for a low-to-no-interest payment plan through CareCredit, or you can opt to enroll in our dental savings plan that allows you to pay an annual subscription fee to receive access to various preventive services and discounts on other available treatments.
